By downloading, accessing, or using the DailyFootball mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

DailyFootball is an iOS application that provides users with curated historical football content, including:
- "On This Day" historical football events and moments
- Information about legendary football players and their birthdays
- Details about iconic matches throughout football history
- Home screen widgets for quick access to daily content
- An immersive reading experience with premium design
User Requirements
To use DailyFootball, you must:
- Have a device running iOS 17 or later
- Have an active internet connection for loading images and content
- Be at least 13 years of age or have parental consent
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
All content provided in the DailyFootball app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DailyFootball or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Historical football images and information are presented for educational and entertainment purposes. We strive to provide accurate historical information and properly sourced content. If you believe any content infringes on your rights, please contact us immediately.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Extract or scrape content from the App for commercial purposes
- Interfere with the operation of the App or its servers
- Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
Content Accuracy
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of historical football information presented in the App, we cannot guarantee that all content is completely accurate or up-to-date. The content is provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes.
Internet Connection Requirement
DailyFootball requires an internet connection to load images and some content. We are not responsible for any inability to access content due to network issues or data limitations on your device.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAILYFOOTBALL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
DailyFootball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features within it at any time without prior notice. We may also update the App periodically to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Entire Agreement
